I wear many hats – a qualified parenting coach, a seasoned counsellor, and above all, a passionate advocate for empowered families. My journey began with a profound belief: every child deserves to thrive in a nurturing, connected environment. This conviction led me to delve deep into the world of evidence-based parenting programs like Circle of Security, Bringing Up Great Kids, Tuning into Kids, and Tuning into Teens. Through these programs, I learned how to move beyond quick fixes and address the root of parenting challenges, fostering open communication, positive attachment, and emotional resilience in our children.
But my commitment to families extends far beyond program expertise.
As a Parenting Coach and NMAS Mediator, I've witnessed firsthand the struggles many parents face in navigating the complex legal system – the anxieties, uncertainties, and heartbreaks of the family court. It's an area where I dedicate a significant portion of my work, helping parents understand their rights, navigate procedural complexities, and find their voice in a often-daunting system.
